Our office hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, exluding holidays and weekends. For those of our Customers that have taken advantage of our various maintenance plans, there are significant exceptions to these hours of operation as are outlined in each of the given plans. See the Products page avialable plans and plan options.
All official holidays will be recognized, ... assuming of course there isn't that much business. After hours service can and does often happen, at our sole descretion, and is billable at 1.5 x our normal hourly rate. However once on site or in progress on any given issue, we rarely charge over the normal hourly rate, given our desire to see any task completed in a timely manner. Initial calls from plan subscribers will take precidence over non-subscribers.
